In Norway 92% of all cans and 90% of all plastic bottles that are bought are recycled. This is because they have a system so you get money for returning bottles and cans to machines. The last 10 years they have recycled 2.1 billion cans, enough to go around equator 9 times!

Lactose Intolerant

90% of Asian-Americans and 75% of African-Americans are lactose intolerant. It affects 5% Northern Europeans and nearly 100% of South Asians. People who are lactose intolerant are unable to digest lactose, the main sugar found in dairy products. They will experience nausea, cramps, bloating, gas and diarrhea if they consume cheese, milk and other dairy products.

If you put fresh pineapple in your Jell-O, you’ll end up with pineapple floating in Kool-Aid. Pineapples naturally contain a chemical substance that inhibits jelling. Cooking the fruit drives the substance out, and that’s why only fresh and fresh-frozen varieties are prohibited.
